Drusilla wears a gothic look covered in black. Her dress is high waisted, with white details on the collar and cuffs. She wears a camisole dress underneath made with three layers of tulle lace. On her head is a large lace ribbon head dress. Accessories include a pair of bone earrings, a chain handle side bag decorated with ribbons and roses, a pair of bone printed tights, and a pair of four strap shoes.
 
Her face type is Radiance Renew, and her face color is snow. She wears her dark purple hair straight with bangs. Her make up consists of gray eyeshadows, pink cheeks, and red lips. One of her front facing eye chips are a special gray color.
